Removal

Remove covers and turn out nuts of fastening of levers of a screen wiper. Remove screen wiper levers.
|
|
|
At removal of levers of screen wipers do not scratch a cowl. |
|
|
Uncover, located under a windscreen.
|
|
|
Disconnect a socket and remove the engine and draughts of a screen wiper. The inhaling moment: 7–11 Nm.
|

Installation

|
Establish the screen wiper lever in certain position.

Adjust nozzles of sprays so that they sprayed a liquid in strictly certain places on a windscreen.

Check
|
|
Check up conductivity between contacts of a socket of the switch of a cleaner and a windscreen washer. If conductivity does not correspond demanded, replace the switch of a cleaner and a windscreen washer.

Check of frequency of work of a screen wiper

Disconnect a socket from the screen wiper engine.
Additional wires connect the positive plug of the storage battery to the plug 4 sockets, and the negative plug – to the plug 1.
Be convinced that the screen wiper engine works on low frequency of rotation.
Additional wires connect the positive plug of the storage battery to the plug 4 sockets, and the negative plug – to the plug 2.

Be convinced that the screen wiper engine works on high frequency of rotation.
|
|
|
Check of an automatic stop of brushes in an initial condition
|
|
Include the engine on low frequency of rotation.
Having disconnected a wire from the plug 3 sockets, stop the engine in any position, except the initial.
Connect plugs 1 and 5 sockets.
Additional wires connect the positive plug of the storage battery to the plug 4 sockets, and the negative plug – to the plug 3.

Check up that the screen wiper engine is switched off in a starting position of brushes of a screen wiper.
|
|
|
Check of work of the engine стеклоомывателя
|
|
With the engine стеклоомывателя connected to a washer tank, fill a tank стеклоомывателя with water.
Additional wires connect the positive plug of the storage battery to the plug 2 sockets, and the negative plug – to the plug 1, thus the engine should work, and the pump to swing water.
