Monitoring systems and decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases

The general information

Work of system of injection of fuel is based on sequence of impulses and measurement of the expense of air. The system provides giving in engine cylinders топливновоздушной mixes of optimum structure. System всасывания air and system of injection of fuel work together with system of electronic control by the engine. All gauges and switches incorporate with ЕСМ which processes the arriving data and calculates installation of phases timing and duration of opening электрически operated fuel atomizers.

The basic requirement for optimum giving of fuel is defined by the data arriving on ЕСМ from the gauge of the mass expense of air. Other gauges and switches are used for following measurements:

– Temperatures of a cooling liquid;
– Frequencies of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine;
– Oxygen maintenances in the fulfilled gases;
– Definitions of position of the top dead point of the piston of the first cylinder in a compression step.

Various gauges and switches inform on any changes of operating conditions and send corresponding signals to ЕСМ. It allows ЕСМ to regulate duration of opening of atomizers and to support an optimum mode for decrease in toxicity of harmful substances in the fulfilled gases and power setting in various service conditions of the car.

To reduce emissions of harmful substances in atmosphere together with the fulfilled gases following systems of decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases are used:

– System of catching of steams of fuel;
– Ventilation system картера;
– System рециркуляции the fulfilled gases;
каталитический neutralizer.
