The ventilation valve картера

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a hose from the ventilation valve картера. Remove the valve from a cover of a head of cylinders and connect it to a ventilation hose картера. Start up the engine on frequency of idling, a finger close an aperture of the valve and be convinced that the depression created in an inlet collector is felt.

Плунжер the ventilation valve картера will not move back and forth.

    If depression is not felt, clear the valve and a ventilation hose картера or replace them.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove the ventilation valve картера.
    For moving check плунжера insert a thin steel core from outside a carving part of the valve. . If плунжер does not move, means, the valve is littered and, it is necessary to clear or replace it.

Installation

Establish the ventilation valve картера and tighten its demanded moment. The inhaling moment: 8–12 Nm.
