Removal

Disconnect brake tubes from the main brake cylinder.
|
|
Remove the main brake cylinder. The inhaling moment: 8–12 Nm.
|
Disconnect a vacuum hose from the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
In car salon remove spring pin, and remove a pin with a head and an aperture under pin.
Turn away four nuts of fastening of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

Remove the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
|

|
Installation
|
|
At installation of the vacuum amplifier of brakes remove from two parties of the amplifier transport packing.
Establish the vacuum amplifier of brakes with a new lining on a partition of a motor compartment and fix four nuts. The inhaling moment: 13–16 Nm.
Put a greasing layer on an adjusting aperture in a brake pedal.

Connect draught to a pedal of a brake and establish a pin with a head and an aperture under pin and fix its new spring pinом.
|
Establish the main brake cylinder on the vacuum amplifier of brakes and fix nuts. Connect brake tubes and tighten connecting nuts of fastening of tubes.
From a motor compartment attach a vacuum hose to the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
Fill пополнительный a tank of brake system with a brake liquid. Remove air from a hydraulic contour of brake system.
Check up absence of leaks of a brake liquid.

Check up and, if necessary, adjust height of installation of a pedal and a free wheeling of a pedal of a brake.

After installation put greasing on points of contact of a pedal of a brake and draught.
