Loosen the an adjusting nut of a cable of a lay brake.
Remove a wheel.
Turn out bolts of fastening of a support (2EA).

5. Remove a support and brake pads. |
|

6. Remove a clip and disconnect a cable of a lay brake. |
|
|
Check
|
|
Check up brake pads on absence of deterioration or pollution by oil and, if necessary, replace them.
|
|
Necessarily replace all pads on one axis of the car even if one is worn out only колодка.
Thickness of an overlay brake pads: 9,0 mm
Is minimum admissible thickness of an overlay brake pads: 2,0 mm
|

Check up forward both back brake pads and fastening screws on absence of deterioration or damages. At replacement pads also replace screws.
|
Check up on absence of deterioration or damages dustproof covers as if the dust has got to a support, it is necessary to replace or repair a support.
Before replacement brake pads half remove a brake liquid from a tank of the main brake cylinder.
Measure a thickness of a brake disk. By the indicator of hour type measure palpation of a brake disk on small distance from external edge.
Thickness of a brake disk:
The nominal: 10 mm
Is minimum admissible: 8 mm
Maximum permissible palpation: 0,08 mm
Maximum permissible difference of a thickness of a brake disk: 0,01 mm

- By micrometer measure a thickness of a disk in eight places, approximately through everyone 45 on distance of 5 mm from external edge of a disk.
- The indicator of hour type check up palpation of a brake disk. The indicator of hour type fix in any convenient place and, turning a brake disk, define its palpation on distance of 5 mm from external edge.

If necessary, replace a brake disk.
|

Installation
|
|
Check up a support and the piston on absence of deterioration, damages, cracks and a rust.
|
|
Check up consolidation of the piston and a cover on absence of deterioration or rupture.
|
Put the recommended greasing on following elements:
– Piston consolidation: brake liquid DOT 3 or DOT 4;
– An internal surface of the cylinder of a support: brake liquid DOT 3 or DOT 4;
– A piston cover: brake liquid DOT 3 or DOT 4;
– An external surface of the piston: brake liquid DOT 3 or DOT 4;
– Covers of a directing finger: lubricant for rubber.
