Remove knot of the lever of a lay brake.
Remove a wheel.
Remove a brake drum.
Remove brake pads.

Installation

Check up marks presence on the left and right cables of a lay brake and establish them on the places.

Identification colour:
Left-hand side: Red colour
The right party: Yellow colour

Move the lever of a lay brake on brake колодке completely back and establish springs.

Establish a cable of a lay brake in a direction shown in drawing.

Grease with the recommended greasing a ratchet and the doggie of a ratchet of the lever of a lay brake.
The recommended lubricant: SAE J310, NLGI №2.
After jack installation adjust a course of the lever of a lay brake.

After a jack arrangement on distance of 40 mm from the lever, manually pull cables and screw an adjusting nut in position at which the course of the lever of a lay brake will be equal to 8 clicks. |
