Check of the vacuum amplifier of brakes

For simple check of the vacuum amplifier of brakes execute following tests.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Start the engine and in 1–2 minutes stop it. Some times press a pedal of a brake with usual effort. If the first course of a pedal a long and second course is shorter, than the first course is testifies to normal work of the vacuum amplifier of brakes. If the pedal height does not change, means, the vacuum amplifier is damaged. At the switched off engine some times press a brake pedal. Start the engine. If the brake pedal moves downwards at once after engine start, it testifies to normal work of the vacuum amplifier of brakes. If the pedal height does not change, means, the vacuum amplifier is damaged.
Start the engine. Press a pedal of a brake with usual effort. Stop the engine. Slowly press a pedal of a brake and keep its pressed during 30 with. If the pedal height does not change, the vacuum amplifier of brakes works normally.

Otherwise, check up the unilateral vacuum valve or a vacuum hose on absence of damages and check up reliability of their fastenings.
