Check and adjustment of backlashes of valves spend on the cold engine (temperature of a cooling liquid 21С) and the head of cylinders established on the block of cylinders. |

Remove from the engine a casing.
|
|
Uncover with маслоналивной mouths.
|
Turn out screws and remove the central cover.
|
Remove the top casing of a gear belt.
Turn out bolts of fastening of the top casing of a gear belt and remove it.
|
Uncover heads of cylinders.
Disconnect high-voltage wires, thus do not put to them considerable efforts.
Disconnect from a head of cylinders a ventilation hose картера.
Disconnect from a head of cylinders an accelerator cable.
Turn out bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders and uncover also a lining.

At applying of considerable efforts or a bend of high-voltage wires probably damage of the central vein of a wire. |
|
Establish the piston in the first cylinder in the top dead point in a compression step.
Turn a cranked shaft clockwise and combine a groove on a pulley with a label T on the bottom casing of a gear belt.

|
b. Check up that the aperture on a camshaft pulley is combined with a label on a bearing cover, otherwise, turn a cranked shaft on one turn (360 ).
|
Check up клапанные backlashes.
Check up only клапанные the backlashes shown in drawing (the piston in the first cylinder is established in ВМТ in a compression step).
Flat щупом measure a backlash between an adjusting lining of a pusher and the basis of a cam of a camshaft.
Write down value of the measured backlash. This value буде is necessary for calculation of a demanded thickness of an adjusting lining.
Klapannyj backlash (temperature of a cooling liquid 20C):
– Inlet valves: 0,20 mm;
– Final valves: 0,28 mm.
Klapannyj backlash (temperature of a cooling liquid 80C):
– Inlet valves: 0,29 mm;
– Final valves: 0,34 mm.
Maximum permissible клапанный a backlash:
– Inlet valves: 0,12–0,28 mm;
– Final valves: 0,20–0,36 mm.

b. Turn a cranked shaft on one turn (360 ) clockwise and combine a groove on a pulley with a label T on the bottom casing of a gear belt.

c. Check up only клапанные the backlashes shown in drawing (the piston in the first cylinder is established in ВМТ in a compression step).

Flat щупом measure a backlash between an adjusting lining of a pusher and the basis of a cam of a camshaft.
Write down value of the measured backlash. This value will be necessary for calculation of a demanded thickness of an adjusting lining.

Adjust backlashes of inlet and final valves.
Turn a cranked shaft so that the contour of a cam of a camshaft on the adjusted valve has been directed upwards.

b. The special tool (09220 – 2D000) press a valve pusher, insert a stopper between a camshaft and a pusher and remove the special tool.
|
|
c. A small screw-driver or a magnet get an adjusting lining.
|
d. By a micrometer measure a thickness of the removed adjusting lining. e. Calculate a thickness of a new adjusting lining so that клапанный the backlash was in limits of the set size.

f. Choose a new adjusting lining with a thickness of the closest to the calculated value.

As spare parts adjusting linings of 20 sizes with a thickness, from 2,00 mm to 2,76 mm with step of 0,04 mm are delivered. |
g. Establish a new adjusting lining on a valve pusher. h. The special tool (09220 – 2D000) press a pusher of the valve and remove a stopper. i. Repeatedly check up клапанный a backlash.

– Inlet valves: 0,20 mm;
– Final valves: 0,28 mm.
Maximum permissible клапанный a backlash:
– Inlet valves: 0,17–0,23 mm; – Final valves: 0,25–0,31 mm.
