    Establish universal support in a clip between a rod and the piston.
    Insert a stripper through an aperture in a clip arch.

Insert a clip with the piston, a rod and a stripper under ползун the press.

Directing pins define position of a rod in the piston. Check up each piston ring on absence of damages and non-uniform deterioration. If necessary, replace piston rings. At piston replacement also it is necessary to replace piston rings. Check up a piston finger, inserting it into a piston aperture. The piston finger should enter smoothly into the piston by pressing it a hand (at a room temperature).

    Insert a new piston ring into a flute of the piston and щупом measure a backlash between a piston ring and a flute wall. If the backlash exceeds maximum permissible value, replace the piston.

    Replace a rod if there are damages on both basic surfaces. Also replace a rod if there is a deterioration or damage of the surface interfaced to a piston finger.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish a broad ring.
    Establish the top lateral directing. To establish lateral directing, at first place one end of a lateral flute of a piston ring directing between a wall and a broad ring, press it then, pressing on perimetre, establish it in a piston flute.
    Similarly establish the bottom lateral directing.

Do not use пассатижи for a release of piston rings at installation of the lateral directing.

    Apply a thin film engine oil on the piston and piston rings.

Establish loose leaves of radical bearings in covers of radical bearings of a cranked shaft. Be convinced that labels on the piston and a rod are directed to a forward part of the block of cylinders. At installation of a new rod be convinced that dredging for the bearing loose leaf are on the one hand. Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of covers of rods.
      With engine oil grease a carving of nuts and bolts; The demanded moment tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of covers of rods.

The inhaling moment:

- Engines of 1,8 and 2,0 l: 50–53 Nm;
- Engines of 1,6 l: 32–35 Nm.

Do not use more than three times bolts of fastening of covers of rods.

    Щупом, inserted between a rod and cranked shaft, measure a lateral backlash of a rod. A nominal lateral backlash of a rod: 0,10–0,25 mm. A maximum permissible backlash: 0,40 mm Establish the oil filter. Establish the oil pallet. Establish a head of cylinders.
