Adjustment of a tension of a gear belt

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Lift the car.
    Turn a steering wheel against the stop counter-clockwise.

At turn of a steering wheel do not apply the big efforts.

    Remove an arm of a support of the engine. Remove a pulley of the water pump.
    Remove the top casing of a gear belt.
    Remove the bottom casing of a gear belt.

Rotate a cranked shaft only clockwise.

    Turn a cranked shaft clockwise and combine adjusting labels that the piston in the first cylinder was established in the top dead point in a compression step.
    Loosen the a bolt from outside points of turn of the mechanism of a tension and a bolt from outside шлица.
    Turn a cranked shaft clockwise on a full 2 teeth on a pulley.

For correct adjustment of a tension establish коромысло the final valve in the top position of a cam.

    Be convinced that teeths of a pulley and a gear belt coincide. First of all tighten a bolt from outside шлица and in the second turn – a bolt from outside points of turn of the mechanism of a tension. Establish a tension of a gear belt. Establish the bottom casing of a gear belt. Establish the top casing of a gear belt. Establish a pulley of the water pump and an arm of a support of the engine.
