Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a ventilation hose картера.
    Remove a pulley of the water pump and a cranked shaft.
    Remove a casing of a gear belt. Take away a roller of a tension of a gear belt and temporarily fix it in this position. Remove a gear belt from a camshaft pulley. Turn out screws and remove the central cover. Remove the block of coils of ignition.
    Turn out bolts and uncover heads of cylinders.
    Remove a camshaft pulley.
    Remove covers of bearings of a camshaft and a chain.
    Remove camshafts. Remove adjusting linings and pushers.
  1. Arrange adjusting linings and pushers in such order, that at сборкса. If the working edge is worn out or damaged, replace a sealing ring.
  2. Check up the surface of a camshaft contacting to a sealing ring. If this surface is worn in regular intervals out, replace a camshaft. е they were established in initial positions.

    Check up a camshaft on absence of non-uniform deterioration, cracks or damages.
    In two points measure height of each cam of a camshaft.

Nominal height of cams of a camshaft of inlet valves:

- Engines of 1,8 and 2,0 l, except CVVT: 44.820 mm;
- Engines of 1,6 l: 43,4484 mm.

Nominal height of a camshaft of final valves:

- Engines of 1,8 and 2,0 l, except CVVT: 44.720 mm;
- Engines of 1,6 l: 43,8489 mm.

Is minimum admissible height of cams of a camshaft of inlet valves:

- Engines of 1,8 and 2,0 l, except CVVT: 44.720 mm;
- Engines of 1,6 l: 42,9484 mm.

Is minimum admissible height of a camshaft of final valves:

- Engines of 1,8 and 2,0 l, except CVVT: 44.620 mm;
- Engines of 1,6 l: 43,3489 mm.

    Check up surfaces of cams on absence of non-uniform deterioration and damages. Check up each bearing on absence of damages. If the working surface of the bearing is excessively damaged, replace a head of cylinders or a cover of the bearing of a camshaft.

Axial люфт a camshaft:

- Engines of 1,8 and 2,0 l: 0,1–0,2 mm;
- Engines of 1,6 l: 0,1–0,15 mm.

Forward sealing ring of a camshaft

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check up working edges of a sealing ring on absence of deterioration. If the working edge is worn out or damaged, replace a sealing ring.
    Check up the surface of a camshaft contacting to a sealing ring. If this surface is worn in regular intervals out, replace a camshaft.
