Removal

Remove from the engine a casing.
|
Remove the inlet air branch pipe connected to throttle knot.
Remove an accelerator cable.
Remove a ventilation hose картера and a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
|

Separate connections of a vacuum hose and sockets from gauges of a measuring instrument of the expense of air and position throttle заслонки.
|
Remove pressure in fuel system and disconnect a fuel hose of a high pressure.
Turn away bolts of fastening of an inlet collector.
Remove an inlet collector and a lining.
Disconnect a socket of a plait of wires from fuel atomizers.
Remove a fuel highway with fuel atomizers.

Be cautious not to drop fuel atomizers at removal of a fuel highway. |

|
Check
|
|
Check up the air chamber on absence of defects or cracks.
Check up an inlet collector on absence of damages or splitting of its any part.
Check up an air branch pipe on absence of damages or splitting of its any part.

Installation
|
|
Establish an inlet collector with a new lining.
Establish a fuel highway with the fuel atomizers fixed on it.
|
|
|
|
Be cautious not to drop fuel atomizers at installation of a fuel highway. |
|
Connect a socket of a plait of wires to fuel atomizers.
Establish a support of an inlet collector.
Connect a fuel hose of a high pressure.
Establish a ventilation hose картера and a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
Establish the inlet air branch pipe connected to throttle knot.
Establish an accelerator cable.
Connect sockets to gauges of a measuring instrument of the expense of air and position throttle заслонки.
