Removal

The main muffler

Before removal or survey of elements of system of release of the fulfilled gases be convinced that it has enough cooled down.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect the muffler from the central pipe.
    Remove rubber suspension brackets and the main muffler from the car.

The central muffler

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Separate the central muffler from a reception exhaust pipe and the main muffler.
    Remove rubber suspension brackets and the central muffler from the car.

Reception exhaust pipe

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Separate a reception exhaust pipe from catalytic neutralizer or a final collector. Turn out forward tightening a bolt of an exhaust pipe and a nut of fastening of the central muffler.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check up mufflers and pipes on absence of corrosion and damages.
    Check up rubber suspension brackets on absence of ageing and cracks.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Temporarily establish assemblage of a reception exhaust pipe, the central and back mufflers. Reliably tighten all connections of elements of system of release of the fulfilled gases. Moving to the parties a car exhaust system, check up, that it did not concern car bodies. Otherwise replace rubber suspension brackets of an exhaust system.
