The gauge of an angle of rotation of a cranked shaft

Position of the piston in the engine cylinder is solving in definition of the moment of injection of fuel in the combustion chamber. As pistons through rods are rigidly connected with cranked shaft, the gauge of an angle of rotation of a cranked shaft hands over to the block of management the information concerning position of all pistons and frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft, and this important entrance variable is transferred ECU.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a socket from the gauge of an angle of rotation of a cranked shaft. Measure resistance between contacts 1 and 2 sockets of the gauge. Resistance: 0,65–1,00 clod. If resistance of the gauge differs from demanded, replace the gauge. A backlash between a rotor and the gauge of an angle of rotation of a cranked shaft: 0,5–1,5 mm. Establish the gauge, observing the inhaling moment. The inhaling moment: 4–6 Nm.
