The fuel system works at high pressures (1350 bar).
- Do not spend any works on fuel system at the working engine or within 30 seconds after its stop.
- Always observe safety measures.
- At work provide absolute cleanliness.
- Never remove atomizers.

Removal
|
|
Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
Disconnect from an atomizer an electric socket.
Disconnect the pipeline of a high pressure from the pressure and atomizer accumulator.
Press a clip and, moving back, disconnect the pipeline of return of fuel.
Attach connection of the pipeline of return of fuel. Never establish it without a clip.
Remove a copper sealing ring.

Installation

Before atomizer installation clear an interfaced surface of a head of cylinders and a consolidation surface.
Insert a brush.
Clear a consolidation surface.
Establish a new copper sealing ring. For ring deduction on an atomizer it is possible to use a greasing small amount.
Establish an atomizer, thus do not concern a spray tip, and a sliding clip with a tightening bolt.
Screw tightening a bolt. The inhaling moment: 272 Nm.
Establish the high pressure pipeline. The inhaling moment: 18–23 Nm.
At installation of the pipeline of a high pressure for its exception перекручивания a key fix шестигранный a pipeline element.
Attach connection of the pipeline of return of fuel. Never establish it without a clip.
Having pulled back, check up reliability of fastening of the pipeline of return of fuel.
Connect to an atomizer an electric socket.
Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
Start the engine and check up absence of leaks of fuel.
Check up and erase the codes of malfunction of a fuel atomizer written down in memory.
