The gauge of position of a camshaft develops impulses in ВМТ the piston of 1st and 4th cylinders in a compression step on which basis block ESM defines sequence of injection of fuel.

The gauge of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft hands over to block ESM the information on an angle of rotation of a cranked shaft (piston position). On the basis of the information of a target signal of this gauge block ESM calculates frequency of rotation of the engine and position of a cranked shaft.
