Turn the adjusting screw of the distributor so that pressure in a highway has reached demanded value. Screw rotation clockwise leads to reduction of pressure and, on the contrary, counter-clockwise – to increase. Nominal pressure: 860–900 кПа. Pressure change at screw turn on 1 turn: 38 кПа.

Check up that the sealing ring is established on the top part of the case of the valve.
Replace a sealing ring of the electromagnetic valve.

Establish the valve case in картер and insert a socket of the electromagnetic valve in картер. Be convinced that the gear part of a socket is established how is shown in drawing.
|
Tighten bolts of fastening of the case the moment of an inhaling 10–12 Nm.
|
|
Establish the oil filter.
|
Establish a new lining of the oil pallet and the oil pallet.
Fill in demanded quantity трансмиссионной liquids in an automatic transmission.
Check up pressure in a highway.
