Adjustment of an axial backlash of a reactionary brake (F4A42)

Fix press a disk of a brake of the lowest transfer and backing transfer by the special tool and establish a brake disk, and a spring ring as is shown in drawing.

Establish a reactionary plate and a spring ring. Move the special tool to measure an axial backlash and then replace a spring ring to adjust an axial backlash to standard size. An axial backlash: 0–0,16 mm.
