Откачка atmospheric air from a central air

If the central air contour has been opened and atmospheric air has got to it, it is necessary for pumping out, using the vacuum pump. After installation of a component of a central air, the system should be pumped out within 15 minutes. The knot which opened for repair and service should be pumped out within 30 minutes.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    The engine should is switched off. Connect an inlet tube of manometres to the compressor and close valves of high and low pressure. Be convinced that the coolant has been removed from a central air. Connect the central hose of manometres to an input of the vacuum pump. Start the vacuum pump and open valves of high and low pressure. In 10 minutes depression should be equal 94,39 кПа. If demanded depression is not reached, in a central air there is a leak which is necessary for eliminating in the following порядке:.
      Close both valves and stop the vacuum pump;. Charge in a central air about 0,4 kg of a coolant; Check up tightness of a central air. Repair any found leak; Repeatedly discharge a central air and pump out it. If leaks are not found, continue to pump out system.
    Start the vacuum pump.
    Open both delivery valves before reception of depression 94,39 кПа. After the manometre of low pressure will show the depression close to 94,39 кПа continue откачку 15 minutes.
    After откачки within 15 minutes, close delivery valves and stop the vacuum pump. Disconnect a hose from the vacuum pump. Now the system is ready to gymnastics.
