Turn out a bolt of fastening of the plug of the coupling, thus a special key 09977–34000 keep the plug from проворачивания.
|
Remove the plug of coupling and a lining from a compressor shaft. If the plug does not act in film, screw a bolt on М8 in an aperture of a shaft of the plug and for a bolt remove the plug.
Remove a lock ring.
Remove a pulley and the bearing from a compressor shaft.

Installation
|
|
Clear a working surface of the bearing of a pulley of the compressor and remove dirt and corrosion traces.
Establish a pulley and the bearing on a compressor shaft.
Establish a lock ring the oblique party directed outside.
|
|
Arrange one lining распорной plugs of a nominal thickness in a flute of the plug and establish the plug on a compressor shaft.
|
|
|
Establish the new plug and fix its bolt, having tightened its demanded moment. The inhaling moment: 11–14 Nm.
|
|
|
|
|
Do not use pneumatic tools. |
