Oil for greasing of the compressor of the conditioner

Oil for greasing of the compressor of the conditioner circulates in system at compressor work. At replacement of any element of a central air of air at considerable leak of a coolant add in system oil that its volume has remained at initial level. Oil volume: 140–160 sm3.

Oil condition

    Oil should not contain a moisture, a dust, metal particles etc. Do not mix some oil of various types. Moisture content in oil increases, if it remains opened on air long time. After use of oil the capacity with oil is necessary for closing immediately tightly.

Return of oil to the compressor

Check up level of oil and at engine work idling within 20–30 minutes in an operating mode of a central air with the maximum cooling and the maximum frequency of rotation of the fan, oil should come back in the compressor.

Before oil addition in the conditioner compressor, check up compressor oil as follows.


    Execute operation of return of oil in the compressor, then discharge a central air of air from a coolant and remove the compressor from the car.
    Merge oil from a target branch pipe of the compressor.

If the compressor cold, probably there will be difficulties with сливом oils. For oil plum heat up the compressor to temperature 40–50С.

    Measure quantity of the flowed out oil. If than 70 sm3 have flowed out oils less, means, there is a small leak of oil. Check up tightness of connections of a central air of air and repair or replace the damaged elements.
    Check up a condition of oil and fill the compressor with oil in a following order.

a. If oil pure.

Volume of the merged oil
More than 70 sm3 Level of oil the normal. Add the quantity of the oil equal to quantity of flowed out oil.
Less than 70 sm3 Level of oil the low. Add 70 sm3 of oil.

b. If oil is polluted by metal particles or other materials, before coolant gymnastics in air central air clear a dryer the receiver.
