Checks of system of injection MFI

If system MFI components (gauges, ЕСМ, atomizers etc.) fail, fuel giving in engine cylinders on various operational modes that leads to following situations is broken.

    The engine is started hardly or not started. The engine idling works unstably. The engine on all modes works unstably.

In the presence of any of aforementioned situations, first of all execute usual diagnostics (system of ignition, engine adjustment etc.) then check up components of system MFI scanner HI-SCAN.

  • Before removal or replacement of any element of system consider codes of malfunctions then disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
  • Before a detachment of a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery switch off ignition. The wire detachment at the working engine or at the included ignition can lead to damage of the block of management ЕСМ.
  • Connection of the gauge of oxygen with block ESM is executed экранированным by a wire for reduction of possible hindrances of radio reception from ignition system. At damage of a shielding braid it is necessary to replace a wire.
  • At check of the generator do not disconnect a wire from the positive plug of the storage battery for an exception of damage of block ESM.
  • At gymnastics of the storage battery established in the car from an external source, for an exception of damage of block ESM preliminary disconnect wires of an onboard network of the car from battery plugs.
