Before check of frequency of rotation of idling be convinced that spark plugs, fuel atomizers, the modulator of frequency of rotation of idling (ISC), a compression etc. are in an order. |
Check conditions
The engine should be heated-up to temperature of a cooling liquid 80–95C.
Headlights, dimensional illumination, the fan of a radiator and all consumers of electric energy should be switched off.
The transmission should be established in neutral position.
The steering wheel should be established for movement directly forward.

Connect a tachometre to a primary winding of the coil of ignition or the scanner to a diagnostic socket.
Start up the engine and leave it to work on frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft idling.
No more, than on 5 with increase frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft to 2000–3000мин–1 then allow to it to work idling within 2 minutes
On a tachometre define frequency of rotation of idling.
