Disconnect a pressure head hose from the pump.
|

Disconnect soaking up filter from a socket всасывания and merge a liquid in the container.

Loosen the bolts of fastening of the pump also remove driving a belt.

Turn out a bolt of adjustment of a tension of a belt.

Remove driving a belt from a pulley of the pump of the amplifier of a steering.

Turn out bolts of fastening of the pump and a bolt of adjustment of a tension of a belt.
|

Remove the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
|
|
|
Be careful, as the liquid will follow from the pump. |
|
|
Remove an arm of the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
|
|
|
Dismantling
|
|
|
|
Remove from the pump soaking up pipe and a sealing ring.
|
Turn out four bolts and remove a back cover with a lining and pins.
Remove статорное a ring.
Remove a rotor and blades.
Remove a forward lateral plate.
Remove internal and external sealing rings.
Remove a spring.

|
|
|
At assemblage it is necessary to use a new lining and a sealing ring. |
|
|
|
Fix a pulley in a vice, turn away a nut of fastening of a pulley and remove a spring washer.
|
Remove a pulley and segment шпонку.
|
|
Using special flat-nose pliers, remove a lock ring and распорную the plug.
|
|
|
Squeeze out a shaft of a pulley with the bearing. If necessary use a kapron hammer.
|
|
|
Remove a sealing ring from the pump case.
|
|
|
At assemblage it is necessary to use a new sealing ring. |
Disconnect a socket from the case of the oil pump and remove the valve and a spring.
Remove from a connector a sealing ring.
|
|
|
|
Do not make dismantling of the control valve. |
|
|
|
Check
|
|
Measure length of a spring of the control valve in a free condition. Length of a spring a free condition: 36,5 mm.
Be convinced that the control valve will not drive.
Check up a shaft on absence of deterioration and damages.
Check up driving a belt on absence of deterioration and loss of properties.
Check up grooves of a rotor and the blade on absence of deterioration.
Check up a contact surface статорного a ring and blades on absence of deterioration.
Check up blades on absence of damages.
Check up on absence of deterioration a lateral plate and a surface of contact of a shaft and a pump cover.

Assemblage
|
|
Establish a spring of the control valve, the valve and a connector in the pump case.
|
|
The special tool 09222–32100 establish oil consolidation in the pump case.
|
|
|
Softly insert assemblage of a shaft and establish распорную the plug and a lock ring.
|
|
|
Establish a pulley of the pump with segment шпонкой.
|
Establish a spring and an internal sealing ring.
|
|
Establish an external sealing ring in a lateral plate and establish a forward lateral plate.
|
|
|
Insert pins into deepenings of the forward case, then establish статорное a ring, paying attention to a direction of its installation.
|
Establish a rotor so that labels on a rotor settled down from outside, an opposite forward part of the case.
|
|
Establish blades the rounded off parts outside.
|
Establish a lining and a pump cover.
Establish soaking up pipe and a sealing ring.
|
|
Installation
|
|
|
|
Establish the pump on an arm, put on driving a belt pulleys and tighten a bolt of adjustment of a tension of a belt. The inhaling moment: 3,5–10 Nm.
|
Establish soaking up filter.
Connect to the pump a pressure head hose.
|
|
Establish a pressure head hose so that it has not been overwound and did not make contact with any other parts. |
Fill in a liquid. The recommended liquid: PSF–3.
Pump over a hydraulic drive of the amplifier of a steering.
Check up the pressure created by the pump.
