Prorolling of hydraulic system of the amplifier of a steering

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Fill in the recommended liquid in a tank of the amplifier of a steering to a label "MOVE". Lift forward wheels. Disconnect a high-voltage wire from the ignition coil. Periodically include a starter on 15-20 with and thus 5–6 times turn a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop.
  1. In the course of prorolling constantly add a liquid that its level in a tank did not fall below a filter installation site.
  2. If prorolling to execute, when the cranked shaft of the engine does not rotate, air will be again dissolved in a liquid.
    Connect a high-voltage wire to the ignition coil, start up the engine and leave it to work on frequency of rotation of idling. Turn a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop some times. Check up that the liquid does not foam also its level has not gone down.

To exclude damages, do not keep a steering wheel turned against the stop within more than 10 seconds.

    Check up that the liquid has no dairy colour and its level is between labels MIN and MAX on a tank. Check up that there is a little change of level of a liquid at steering wheel turn in the left and right parties.
  1. If liquid level changes more than 5 mm, repeat prorolling of hydraulic system of the amplifier of a steering.
  2. If liquid level raises suddenly after an engine stop, means, in system still there is air.
  3. If in a hydraulic drive of the amplifier of a steering there is air, at pump work extraneous noise will be audible. Air in system will reduce a resource of work of the pump and other parts.
