Check of pressure of a liquid in hydraulic system


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a pressure head hose from the pump of the amplifier of a steering. Between the disconnected pressure head hose and the pump connect the special measuring tool, as is shown in drawing. Pump over a hydraulic drive of the amplifier of a steering, then start up the engine and turn a steering wheel some times so that the liquid temperature has raised to 50C. Increase frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine to 1000 mines-1. Close the valve of the special tool and measure pressure. The pressure of a liquid created by the pump of the amplifier of a steering: 1209–1280 psi.

Do not hold the valve of the special tool closed more than 10 with.

    Remove special tools and connect a pressure head hose to the pump, having tightened a connecting nut of a hose the demanded moment. The inhaling moment: 55–65 Nm. Remove air from a hydraulic drive of the amplifier of a steering.
