Fix steering transfer to a vice which sponges are closed by a soft material.

At fastening of steering transfer in a vice wrap up steering transfer by a fabric and be careful not to damage it at compression of a vice. |
Preliminary loading of a gear wheel
|

Measure preliminary loading, turning a gear wheel the special tool 09565–11100 on one turn everyone 4–6 with. Also measure starting effort gear рейки. Full preliminary loading of a gear wheel: 0,6–1,3 Nm.

Put greasing on the goffered protective cover and establish it in a flute of steering draught. The recommended lubricant: silicone greasing.
Fix a new collar the goffered protective cover.
Check up that the goffered protective cover is not overwound.

Fill a protective cover with lubricant, establish it on the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draught and fix a lock ring.
|
The recommended material:
A: POLY LUB GLY 801 KB or equivalent
B: SHOWA SUNLIGHT MB2 or equivalent
Protective cover: THREE BOND

Establish steering draughts so that the length of the left and right steering draughts was identical. Length of steering draughts: 204,5 mm.

Fix a dustproof cover and a plate a new collar.

Connect a shaft of a gear wheel of steering transfer to steering shaft.

Pump over a hydraulic drive of the amplifier of a steering.
