    Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery. Merge cooling liquid. Remove the hose of ventilation connecting the air filter and a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. Remove the air filter. Remove casings of a gear belt. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders and the gauge of an angle of rotation of a camshaft. Turn out a bolt and remove a pulley from a camshaft. Turn out bolts and remove covers of bearings, a camshaft, коромысла and jacks of backlashes.

Removal and installation of atomizers and the fuel pump of a high pressure

  1. The fuel system is exposed to high pressure influence (1350 bar).
  2. Never spend works on fuel system at work of the engine or within 30 seconds after its stop.
  3. Always observe safety measures.
  4. Provide absolute cleanliness.
  5. Exclude falling of fuel atomizers.




    Check up ease and smoothness of rotation of a roller. Check up a roller surface. Replace it, there are dents, damage or evidence of jamming.
    Check up a working end face of a core of the valve. If the end face of a core of the valve is worn out or расклепан, replace the valve.



    Check up camshaft necks on absence of non-uniform deterioration, cracks or damages.
    Check up contours of cams of a camshaft on absence of deterioration or damages. In two points measure height of each cam of a camshaft.

Nominal height of cams of inlet valves: 34,697 mm
Nominal height of cams of final valves: 34,570 mm
Is minimum admissible height of cams of inlet valves: 34,197 mm
Is minimum admissible height of cams of final valves: 34,070 mm



    Establish a camshaft on a head of the block of cylinders.

Before installation apply a thin film pure engine oil on all surfaces of sliding of a camshaft.

    Establish covers of bearings of a camshaft.
    Be convinced that the camshaft easily rotates by hand. After check remove covers of bearings and a camshaft and then establish коромысла. Be convinced that the adjusting pin in a camshaft end face from outside a pulley is directed upwards. In certain sequence in two or three stages tighten bolts of fastening of covers of bearings the demanded moment. The inhaling moment: 26,5 – 29,5 Nm.

Tighten in regular intervals bolts of fastening of covers.

    Using the special tool, запрессуйте oil consolidation of a camshaft. Before запрессовкой consolidations grease with engine oil an external surface of consolidation. Insert oil consolidation on a forward end face of a camshaft and establish it, striking a hammer on the adaptation, before its full installation.
    Establish a pulley of a camshaft and fix its bolt. The inhaling moment: 120–140 Nm. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
