Removal

The main muffler

Before removal or survey of elements of system of release of the fulfilled gases be convinced that it has enough cooled down.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect the main muffler from the central pipe.
    Remove rubber suspension brackets and the main muffler from the car.

Reception exhaust pipe (including каталитический neutralizer)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Separate a reception exhaust pipe from the central pipe.
    Turn out bolts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe and a nut of fastening of a final collector. Remove a reception exhaust pipe from rubber suspension brackets.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check up mufflers and pipes on absence of corrosion and damages. Check up rubber suspension brackets on absence of ageing and cracks.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Temporarily establish assemblage of a reception exhaust pipe, the central and back mufflers. Reliably tighten all connections of elements of system of release of the fulfilled gases. Moving to the parties a car exhaust system, check up, that it did not concern car bodies.
