Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove draught of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
    Turn out bolts and remove arms of fastening of the back stabilizer of cross-section stability.
    Remove the stabilizer of cross-section stability.

Check

Check up a twisting moment which it is necessary to put for проворачивания pins of the spherical hinge of draught of the stabilizer.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    If there are cracks in a protective cover, replace it and add greasing in the hinge. Some times shake here and there a pin of the spherical hinge of draught of the stabilizer. Screw on a pin of the spherical hinge самоконтрящуюся a nut and measure a twisting moment. A Dinamometrichesky key turn for самоконтрящуюся a nut a pin of the spherical hinge and on the fifth turn measure a twisting moment which it is necessary to put for проворачивания pins of the spherical hinge. A twisting moment: 1,7–3,2 Nm. If the twisting moment exceeds admissible values, replace draught of the stabilizer. If the twisting moment considerably below admissible value, the spherical hinge can repeatedly be used, if it is not got jammed and has no excessive люфта.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish the plug on the stabilizer of cross-section stability.

Combine the plug with the well-aimed put white paint on the stabilizer of cross-section stability.

    Level an arm in relation to the plug. Be convinced that the arm reliably covers the plug of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
    Tighten carving connections by the demanded moment.

The inhaling moment

Arm of the back stabilizer of cross-section stability: 17–26 Nm
Draught of the back stabilizer of cross-section stability: 35–45 Nm
