Remove a forward wheel.
|
|
Get pin from a power shaft, turn away a nut and remove a washer of fastening of a shaft to a nave of a forward wheel.
|
Loosen the a nut of fastening of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever, but do not turn out it completely.
Turn out two bolts of fastening of the bottom part of a rack to a rotary fist.
Removing outside a rotary fist, get a power shaft from a nave.

Stripper 09568–34000 squeeze out a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.
|
Temporarily establish the bottom bolt of fastening of a rack of a forward suspension bracket.
Turn out a nut of fastening of draught of the stabilizer.
Turn out bolts of fastening of the plug (A) and (G) the bottom lever.
Remove the bottom lever.

Dismantling
Replacement of the spherical hinge and dustproof cover
|
|

|
Screw-driver edge remove a dustproof cover from the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.
|
|
|
Kapron hammer separate the spherical hinge from the bottom lever.
|
|
|
The special tool 09545–11000 запрессуйте the new spherical hinge in the bottom lever.
|
Establish a spring ring.
|
|
The special tool 09545 – 21100 establish a dustproof cover.
|
|
|
Plug replacement (G) the bottom lever
|
|
Establish special tools 09545–02000, 09216–21200 and 09216–21200 on the bottom lever.
Grease with a soap solution following details:
– An external surface of the new plug;
– An internal surface of fastening of the plug of the bottom lever.
The special tool 09216–21100, 09624–34000 establish the new plug on the bottom lever.

Запрессуйте the plug (G) so that it was in the position shown in drawing.
After plug installation erase a soap solution. Effort запрессовки: 80 Н.

Check
|
|
|
|
Check up the plug on absence of deterioration and deterioration of its condition.
|
Check up the bottom lever on absence of a bend or damages.
Check up a protective cover of the spherical hinge on absence of cracks.
Check up a condition of all bolts.
|
|
Check up a twisting moment which it is necessary to put for проворачивания pins of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.
|
• If there are cracks in a protective cover, replace the spherical hinge.
• Some times shake here and there a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.
• Measure a twisting moment necessary for проворачивания of a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.
Twisting moment: 3,5–10 Nm
• If the twisting moment exceeds admissible values, replace the spherical hinge.
• If a twisting moment considerably below admissible value, the spherical hinge can repeatedly be used, if it is not got jammed and has no excessive люфта.

Installation

First of all establish the plug (G) the bottom lever and fix its bolts, having tightened them by hand.
Simultaneously insert a power shaft into a nave.
Establish draught of the stabilizer in the bottom lever, however do not tighten definitively самоконтрящуюся a nut of fastening of draught.
For plug installation () the bottom lever press a brake disk and a nave of a forward wheel.
Tighten a bolt of fastening of the plug () the bottom lever.
Definitively bolt of fastening of the plug (G) the bottom lever.

Fix draught of the stabilizer a wrench with an open pharynx on 14 mm and screw самоконтрящуюся a nut.
|
Establish a washer, screw castellated a nut of fastening of a power shaft and fix it pinом.
Establish a wheel.
