Cross-section levers of a back suspension bracket

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a back wheel.
    Disconnect draught of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
    Turn out bolts and remove the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket.
    Turn out a bolt of fastening of cross-section levers of a back suspension bracket to a nave support.
    Support a back beam a jack and turn out bolts of fastening of a beam to a body. Remove a back beam and levers.

Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish special tools 09545–28100 and 09545–25000 on the cross-section lever of a back suspension bracket.
    Squeeze out the plug from the cross-section lever of a back suspension bracket.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check up the plug on absence of deterioration and condition deterioration. Check up levers on absence of a bend or damage. Check up a condition of all bolts.

Assemblage

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Grease with a soap solution the plug and a plug installation site on the lever. The special tool 09552–25000 запрессуйте the plug in the lever.

Installation

Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.

Tighten all carving connections by the demanded moments.

The inhaling moment:

* Bolts of fastening of the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket: 100–120 Nm
Bolts of fastening of an arm of the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket: 40–50 Nm
Bolts of fastening of an arm of the stabilizer of cross-section stability: 17–26 Н •м
Draughts of the stabilizer of cross-section stability: 35–45 Н •м
* Nut of fastening forward / back cross-section levers of a back suspension bracket: 130–150 Nm
Bolts of fastening of a back beam: 100–120 Н •м

* Carving connections which are necessary for tightening the demanded moment only after car installation on wheels are noted.
