Rack of a back suspension bracket

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Combine back sitting.
    Turn out three nuts of the top fastening of a back rack.
    Remove a back wheel. Disconnect from a back rack a brake tube and the gauge of frequency of rotation of a wheel. Disconnect draught of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
    Turn away a nut and get bolts of fastening of a rack to a fixing element of a back axis.

Be careful not to damage a rack of a back suspension bracket.

    Get a rack from under a car wing.

Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Special adaptations J38402, – 20 and – 50 compress a spring of a rack of a back suspension bracket.

For spring compression use only the reliable tool.

    Turn on самоконтрящуюся a nut in the top part of a rod of the shock-absorber. Remove a rack support, a cylindrical spring and a dustproof cover.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check up a rack support on absence of deterioration or damages. Check up rubber details on absence of damages or deterioration of their condition. Check up a cylindrical spring on absence of a deflection and elasticity loss.
    Check up the shock-absorber on presence abnormal resistance or extraneous noise (the Rack of a forward suspension bracket see).

Assemblage

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish the bottom support of a spring so that its ledges have entered into apertures of a plate of a spring. Establish on the shock-absorber a dustproof cover. Special adaptations J38402,–20 and–50 compress a cylindrical spring of a rack of a back suspension bracket. After full compression of a spring establish it on the shock-absorber.

Combine a D-shaped aperture in the top support of a spring with лыской on a shock-absorber rod.

    Correctly arrange the top and bottom ends of a cylindrical spring, having established them in dredging, and screw самоконтрящуюся a nut, but do not tighten it definitively.

At assemblage it is necessary to use new самоконтрящуюся a nut.

    Arrange a bolt of fastening of a support of a spring so that to combine projections of linings, as is shown in drawing.

The identification label of a spring should settle down from below.

    Remove adaptations J38402,–20 and–40 for spring compression. Tighten самоконтрящуюся a nut the demanded moment of an inhaling. The inhaling moment: 40–55 Nanometers.

Installation

Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.

After installation check up corners of installation of back wheels.
