    Merge oil from a transmission and a brake liquid from a hydraulic drive of coupling. Remove a transmission. Establish the mandrel 09411–25000 for a centering of a disk of coupling which in this case will exclude falling of a conducted disk of coupling. Gradually on a diagonal loosen the bolts of fastening of coupling in gathering.
    Turn on each bolt on 1/2 turns until action диафрагменной springs will stop, and bolts can be unscrewed manually. Remove a casing of coupling with a press disk and a coupling disk.

Do not clear solvent a disk of coupling or the bearing of deenergizing of coupling.

It is desirable to remove a flywheel and to check up a back sealing ring of a cranked shaft on absence of leaks. If necessary, replace a sealing ring.

    Check up диафрагменную a spring in places of contact to the bearing of deenergizing of coupling on absence of deterioration, cracks and define distinction of height of the ends диафрагменной springs. In the presence of defects replace a casing of coupling with a press disk. Check up press a disk on absence of cracks, пригара and deterioration of a surface.     Check up reliability заклепочных connections of frictional overlays to a coupling disk. In the presence of defects replace a coupling disk.
    Measure a thickness of a brake disk.
    Check up a condition of frictional overlays of a disk of coupling and at presence with them of traces of oil or mechanical damages replace a coupling disk. Clear Slots a primary shaft of a transmission and establish on a shaft a coupling disk. If the coupling disk moves on a shaft hardly or too big backlash in шлицевом connection, replace a disk of coupling and / or an entrance shaft.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Put greasing on surfaces of contact of the bearing, the cylinder and a plug of deenergizing of coupling.
    Greasing: MOLYWHITE TA № 2.

At coupling installation put greasing on all mobile connections of details, but do not use excessive quantity of greasing as it can lead to coupling proslipping.

    Establish a disk of coupling and centre its special оправкой 09411–25000.
    Establish a casing of coupling with a press disk on directing pins of a flywheel. Gradually, in diagonal sequence and in a certain order, tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel. The inhaling moment: 15–22 Nm.
    Connect the bearing to a plug of deenergizing of coupling and establish it on the casing plug.

Apply a thin film greasings MOLYWHITE TA № 2 on a groove of the basic plug and a point of contact of a plug of deenergizing of coupling.

    Establish squeezing the lever on a plug of deenergizing of coupling.

If the transmission is fixed on the engine, do not carry out this step as the bearing of deenergizing of coupling can be separated in spite of the fact that the plug of deenergizing of coupling turns freely.

    Establish a transmission.
    After performance of the actions resulted in a step 6, press squeezing the lever in a direction of an arrow and be convinced that the bearing of deenergizing of coupling and a casing are correctly connected. The angle of rotation of the squeezing lever should be no more than 3 . If the angle of rotation of the squeezing lever more than 3 , means, the bearing of deenergizing of coupling and a casing are connected incorrectly.
