Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Merge cooling liquid to the level located below the gauge. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery and a socket from the gauge. Remove the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Heat up the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid, immersing it in a hot cooling liquid. Measure resistance of the gauge. Resistance: 2,31 – 2,59 Ohm at temperature 20C.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Put hermetic on a carving of the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid and screw the gauge, having tightened its demanded moment. Hermetic: Threebond № 1324N or LOCTITE 262 Moment of an inhaling: 20–40 Nm. Connect to the gauge an electric socket. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery. Fill in in cooling system necessary quantity of a demanded cooling liquid.
