Back axis/nave of a back wheel

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Loosen the nuts of fastening of a back wheel. Lift the car and fix on support. Turn away a nut and remove a back wheel. Hammer and chisel remove from a nave a cap. Unbend a fillet, turn away a nut of fastening of a nave of a back wheel and remove a petal washer. Remove gauge ABS.

At gauge ABS removal be careful not to strike a gauge tip about teeths of a rotor or other elements.
    Remove a support and fix its wire on a rack of a back suspension bracket.
    Remove a brake disk and a nave of a back wheel.
    Turn out the screw and remove a brake disk from a nave of a back wheel.
    Needlessly do not remove the bearing from a nave of a back wheel.
  • Be careful not to damage or to scratch rotor teeths. Exclude rotor falling. If rotor teeths are damaged it will break working capacity of antiblocking brake system.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check up a sealing ring on absence of deterioration and damages. Check up the bearing of a nave of a back wheel on absence of deterioration and damages. Check up a rotor of the gauge of frequency of rotation of a back wheel on absence выкрашивания teeths. Check up a nave support on absence of cracks.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Screw a new nut with a fillet and hammer in a nut fillet into a nave groove.
At installation it is necessary to use a new nut with a fillet.
    Establish gauge ABS. Insert щуп into a backlash between the gauge and teeths of a rotor and tighten the gauge in position in which the demanded backlash is provided. Gauge ABS backlash: 0,2–1,3 mm.
    Establish on a nave a cap.
