Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Loosen the nuts of fastening of a forward wheel. Lift the car and fix on support.
    Turn away a nut and remove a forward wheel.
    Remove pin, turn on castellated a nut and remove a washer of fastening of a power shaft to a nave of a forward wheel.
    Take pin and turn away a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering bent for to a rotary fist. A stripper 09568–34000 squeeze out a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.
    Remove a support and a soft wire fix it on a forward rack.
    Stripper 09568–34000 disconnect the spherical hinge of the bottom lever from a rotary fist. Remove the gauge of frequency of rotation from a rotary fist.
    Note position and turn out bolts of fastening of the bottom part of a rack of a forward suspension bracket to a rotary fist.
    Kapron hammer beat out a power shaft from a nave of a forward wheel. If the power shaft densely sits in a nave of a forward wheel, spray пропиточный aerosol solvent on area шлицов and then repeatedly screw a nut with a fillet so that it settled down flush with a shaft end face. Striking on a nut a brass hammer, beat out a power shaft from a nave.
    Reject outside a rotary fist and get a power shaft from a nave of a forward wheel. Merge трансмиссионную a liquid from a transmission.
    Insert mount between an internal SHRUS of a power shaft and a transmission and easy blow on mount take a power shaft from a transmission.

    Check up protective covers of SHRUS of a power shaft on absence of damages and rubber hardening. Check up spherical hinges on absence of deterioration. Check up Slots at power shaft end faces on absence of deterioration and damages.
    Check up гаситель dynamic fluctuations on absence of cracks and deterioration.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Grease a working edge of an oil sealing ring of differential.
    Establish a new lock ring on the internal end of a power shaft. A push insert a power shaft into a transmission, thus a cut of a lock ring should settle down from below. After installation pull a power shaft outside and be convinced that it is reliably fixed by a round lock ring.
    Establish in a rotary fist a brake board, a nave, a brake disk and the wheel bearing.

Be careful not to damage a brake board and a sealing ring.

    Establish SHRUS Birfield in a rotary fist. Almost rotary fist should be established in the bottom lever simultaneously with installation of SHRUS Birfield in a rotary fist.

Be careful not to damage gauge ABS and a gear rotor of the gauge on приводном to a shaft.

    Connect a rotary fist from a proof forward suspension bracket and fix their bolts and nuts, having tightened their moment 75–90 Nm.
    Establish a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever in a rotary fist and fix a nut, having tightened its moment 60–72 Nm. Establish a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draught in a rotary fist and fix a nut. After installation, manually check up smoothness of rotation of a power shaft.
    Establish a washer under a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave the convex party directed outside, then screw castellated a nut and fix it pinом.
    Fill in in a transmission трансмиссионную a liquid. Establish a wheel. Check up corners of installation of forward wheels. Check up gauge ABS signal.
