Removal

Remove internal and external gear wheels of the oil pump from a forward cover, preliminary having noted their mutual position.

Check
|
|
Check up absence of deterioration or damage of teeths of gear wheels of the oil pump.
Check up an axial backlash of rotors of the oil pump. An axial backlash: 0,02–0,07 mm.
Щупом measure a backlash between teeths of rotors of the oil pump. A backlash between teeths of rotors of the oil pump: 0,1-0,2 mm.
Check up a radial backlash of rotors of the oil pump.

|
|
Check up smoothness of moving плунжера.
Check up a spring on absence of deformation or damages.
|
|
Check of the gauge of pressure of oil
|
|
|
|
Ohmmeter check up conductivity of connection between the plug of the gauge and the block of cylinders. In the absence of conductivity, replace the gauge.
|
|
|
Ohmmeter check up conductivity of connection between the plug of the gauge and the block of cylinders at the put forward rod of the gauge. If conductivity is available even at the put forward rod, replace the gauge.
|
However, if there is no conductivity even at the appendix of vacuum 50 кПа to a gauge aperture, the gauge works properly.

|
Check of a spray of oil
|
|
Check up a spray of oil and the control valve on absence of contaminations.
Check up an oil spray on absence of damages and deformation.
|
|
Installation
|
|
Establish an external rotor of the oil pump in a forward cover, preliminary having combined put before a label.
|
|
Before rotor installation grease with its engine oil. |
Using the special tool, screw the gauge of pressure of oil, preliminary having greased a carving of the gauge with a hermetic layer.
|
|
Do not tighten the gauge of pressure with application of the big moment of an inhaling. |
