The oil pump of petrol engines
Removal
|
Remove a gear belt.
Turn out all bolts of fastening of the oil pallet.
Remove the oil pallet.
Turn out 2 bolts and remove the mesh oil filter with маслоприемной a pipe.
Uncover the oil pump.
Remove internal and external gear wheels of the oil pump from a forward cover, preliminary having noted their mutual position.
Turn out a stopper and remove a spring and плунжер.

Check
|
Check up forward oil consolidation on absence of deterioration or damage of working edges and, if necessary, replace it.
Check up a working edge of consolidation on absence of its deterioration. If it is necessary replace oil consolidation.
Check up the oil pallet on absence of cracks or damages and if necessary replace it.
Check up the oil filter on absence of cracks or damages and if necessary replace it.
Check up a forward cover on absence of deterioration or damages to places of contact to gear wheels of the oil pump and if necessary replace it.
Check up absence of deterioration or damage of teeths of gear wheels of the oil pump.

Щупом measure a backlash between a gear wheel of the oil pump and a nest in a cover. A maximum permissible backlash of an external gear wheel of the oil pump: 0,12–0,185 mm.

Щупом measure a backlash between teeths of gear wheels of the oil pump. A maximum permissible backlash between teeths of gear wheels of the oil pump: 0,025–0,069 mm.
|
|
By metal ruler and щупом measure a lateral backlash of gear wheels of the oil pump.
|
|
Maximum permissible lateral backlash of rotors of the oil pump: 0,04–0,085 mm.
|
Check up a condition of the safety valve located in a forward cover.
. Check up a condition of a spring of a safety valve.
Length of a spring a free condition: 43,8 mm
Engines of 2,0/1,8 l: 43,8 mm The engine of 1,6 l: 46,6 mm
Length of a spring under loading of 3,7 kg:
Engines of 2,0/1,8 l: 40,1 mm
Length of a spring under loading of 6,1 kg:
The engine of 1,6 l: 40,1 mm

The gauge of pressure of oil
|
If the control lamp of pressure of engine oil lights up after inclusion of ignition and dies away after engine start, means, the gauge of pressure of engine oil is serviceable. If the control lamp of pressure of engine oil does not light up after ignition inclusion, check up a condition of the gauge of pressure of oil, a lamp and electroconducting.
If there is an electric current after inclusion of ignition and the current is absent after engine start, means, the gauge of pressure of engine oil is serviceable. If the gauge of pressure of engine oil is serviceable, check up a lamp and electroconducting.
Using a deep key on 24 mm tighten the gauge the demanded moment.

Check of the gauge of pressure of oil
|
|
Ohmmeter check up conductivity of connection between the plug of the gauge and the block of cylinders. In the absence of conductivity, replace the gauge.
|
Ohmmeter check up conductivity of connection between the plug of the gauge and the block of cylinders at the put forward rod of the gauge. If conductivity is available even at the put forward rod, replace the gauge.
|
However, if there is no conductivity even at the appendix of vacuum 50 кПа to a gauge aperture, the gauge works properly.
|
Check up tightness of a diaphragm of the gauge and, if necessary, replace it.
|

Installation
The oil pump
|
Establish external and internal gear wheels of the oil pump in a forward cover, preliminary having combined put before a label.
Establish a cover of the oil pump and fix its bolts. After a tightening of bolts be convinced that gear wheels are turned easily and smoothly. The inhaling moment: 6–9 Nm.

Establish a safety valve, a spring and wrap a stopper, having tightened its demanded moment. Before installation grease a safety valve with engine oil. The inhaling moment: 40–50 Nm.

Forward cover
|
Establish a forward cover with a new lining and fix its bolts.
|
Length of bolts:
Engines of 2,0/1,8 l:
And – 25 mm
B – 20 mm
C – 45 mm D – 38 mm
The engine of 1,6 l:
And – 30 mm
B – 45 mm C – 60 mm D – 22 mm
The inhaling moment: 20–27 Nm.
Oil consolidation

Using the special tool 09214–32000, establish in a forward cover oil consolidation of the forward party of a cranked shaft.
|
|
Establish the special tool 09214–32100 at a forward end face of a cranked shaft and apply a thin film oils on an external surface of the special tool for installation of a forward cover.
|
Establish the oil filter.
Clear of the rests of an old lining interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders.
Put a continuous layer of hermetic on an interfaced surface of the oil pallet. Round apertures for bolts hermetic have from the inside.
|
- The thickness of a layer of hermetic should be about 4 mm.
- After hermetic drawing establish the oil pallet within no more than 15 minutes
|
|
Establish the oil pallet on the block of cylinders and fix bolts. The inhaling moments: 10–12 Nm.
